Professor Zhang presided over/participated in dozens of 973 national key R&D programs, natural science funds,  international cooperation and university-enterprise cooperation projects. He published over 200 articles (over 70 articles were included in the SCI),  6 monographs (3 first authors), and over 40 invention patents (first inventor).                                   

His papers published between 2010 and 2020 were selected as ESI highly cited papers (citations ranked in the top 1% of the same discipline in Web of ScienceTM).

Ms. Gao, Chairwoman of the Board
Master of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University, Certified Public Accountant in China. She has worked in the financial field for more than 20 years and has provided financial and management consulting services to many domestic and foreign listed companies. Before joining Nowva Energy, she focused on providing listing financial consulting services for large high-tech enterprises, energy enterprises and manufacturing enterprises, etc.. She has considerable expertise in corporate finance, taxation, internal control, capital market operation and listing process.

Ms. Bai, CFO /Secretary of the Board
Master of Central University of Finance and Economics. China Certified Public accountant. The Chinese Certified Tax Agent .
She has joined Nowva Energy for more than 10 years and has been working in finance and audit field for nearly 20 years. She is familiar with China's accounting tax system.

Li Qinghai, Associate Professor (Tsinghua University)
Professor Li, Director and founding shareholder of Nowva Energy, he studied in the Department of Energy and Power Engineering of Tsinghua University and obtained the bachelor, master and doctor degree.
Dr. Li is the Associate Professor of the Department of Energy and Power Engineering at Tsinghua University and Doctoral Supervisor. He is a core member of Professor Zhang Yanguo's R & D team, a registered constructor (mechanical and electrical installation engineering), a registered utility engineer (power) and a project management professional (PMP) of the American Project Management Institute (PMI). Dr. Li has long been engaged in solid waste incineration, biomass combustion and gasification, solar photovoltaic/photothermal utilization and other scientific research and teaching work. He presided over and participated in a number of national, provincial and ministerial level science and technology research work, as well as cooperation projects with enterprises and got tens of millions of scientific research funds. He has published more than 170 papers of which more than 70 are included in SCI and more than 110 are included in EI. More than 60 invention and utility model patents have been applied and 41 of which was authorized invention patents; He had published 6 monographs such as "Fundamentals of Thermal Engineering" and "Project Management of Energy and Power Engineering" and he obtained 4 first award at provincial and ministerial level.

Mr. Yan, Chief Engineer
Mr. Yan, Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering at Beijing University of Science and Technology, He has been working in the energy industry for 20 years. Before joining Nowva Energy, he worked in General Electric, Longji Power, Beijing Boiler Factory and other well-known multinational and state-owned group companies. He has rich experience in technology, design and management.

Mr. Li, Technical Director
Mr. Li is a senior engineer and has been workingd in the boiler design, manufacturing and operation management over 20 years. He has been working with Professor Zhang Yanguo from the Department of Thermal Energy at Tsinghua University for more than 10 years in the R&D and design of fluidized bed boilers. He has a profound understanding for the design of fluidized bed boilers. He has applied for over 20 invention and utility model patents, of which 6 invention patent have been authorized.

Mr. Zhu, Leader of Project Operation
Mr. Zhu has been working in the field of power and heat production and supply industry for nearly 20 years and focusing on the economic operation and equipment management of the biomass cogeneration project. He excels in operation organization training, equipment management, technical innovation, operation economy management, project company management system and process construction.

Mr. Li, Energy Management Engineer
Mr. Li, Bachelor's degree in Thermal Energy and Power Engineering, Liaoning University of Engineering and Technology.
Mr. Li has been working in the power and heat production and supply industries for over 10 years. In recent years, he has been mainly responsible for operating biomass centralized heating projects, and has rich experience in operating and managing various biomass fuels, general biomass industrial waste fuel, and other centralized heating projects.
